Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from signs of use.
  • Original Tags & Packaging: All original tags must remain attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we’re happy to assist with an exchange. Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be processed and shipped accordingly, subject to availability.

Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, Fior London will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change-of-Mind Returns: For voluntary returns or size exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of inspection.
  • No Restocking Fees: Fior London does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

UK Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
